ACCOMMODATIONS

We've reserved a block of rooms at the Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort. Several types of rooms are available and rates will vary.  But the rates are fully flexible and can be cancelled up to 48 hr. before your stay. 

Please consult the booking form for options and mention the 'Celeste & Nesho' wedding to receive your group discount. Transportation to and from the wedding and other activities will occur from the Sheraton.

FLIGHTS

Direct flights to Rio are available multiple times a day with major U.S. and Latin American airlines:

  • American, COPA and LATAM depart daily from Miami and New York.

  • Delta departs daily from Atlanta.

  • United departs daily from Houston.

Out of Towners activities commence the evening of Wednesday, August 16 and end lunchtime on Sunday, August 20. 

 
 

VISA INFORMATION

Brazil requires U.S. citizens to carry a valid U.S. passport and Brazil visa when traveling to the country. You must obtain your Brazilian visa in advance from the Brazilian Embassy or consulate nearest to your place of residence in the United States. Please allow for 4 weeks for the visa to be processed and sent back to you. Please click on the link below for more information.
